De GGD Limburg-Noord, GGD Zuid-Limburg, de \u2018Gesundheits\u00e4mter\u2019 van de Kreis Viersen, de Rhein-Kreis Neuss en de steden D\u00fcsseldorf, M\u00f6nchengladbach en Krefeld, euPrevent en EPECS (European Patients Empowerment for Customised Solutions) gaan kennis uitwisselen en de communicatie verbeteren naar aanleiding van de coronacrisis.<\/p>\n

Bij de uitbraak van het coronavirus is gebleken, dat de gezondheidsdiensten aan beide kanten van de Nederlandse en Duitse elkaar niet goed kennen. Het doel is kennis uit te wisselen over thema\u2019s als overdraagbare ziekten, zoals COVID-19, mazelen en griep, over de gezondheid van jeugd, moeilijk te bereiken doelgroepen en migranten. Thema\u2019s die goed aansluiten bij de Sociale Agenda van de Provincie Limburg. Er worden workshops, studiedagen, burgerforums en stages voor professionals georganiseerd.<\/p>\n

Het project Sustainable Healthy Euregio (SHE) krijgt twee jaar lang Europese subsidie uit het INTERREG Deutschland-Nederland programma van de euregio rijn-maas-noord, de Provincie Limburg, en het Ministerie van economische zaken van Noordrijn-Westfalen. Het initiatief voor SHE is genomen door de euregionale kennismakelaar in opdracht van de Provincie Limburg. Doel is het realiseren van een duurzame samenwerking tussen beide landen.<\/p>\n
