The Border Info Point (GIP) is the first point of contact for anyone from Germany and the Netherlands who has questions about legal regulations relating to work, income and social security.

As part of a clearly coordinated information service, residents of both countries are supported by answers to questions they have and advice. The target group is current, former and future cross-border workers who are looking towards the cross-border labour market. More complex issues are supported secondarily by using the capacities and know-how of a network of national organisations (such as SVB, Belastingsdienst, health insurance, tax office, etc.). In addition, the Euregional Border Info Point will organise regular consultation hours for residents, at which representatives of all partners from the network will be present.
