The project stimulates the development of a single cross-border socio-economic region in which enables the cross-border use of chances on the labour- and educational market. An area where residents, education and business work together which makes it possible for the EDR to function as a single dynamic region. As a result, the region is able to respond to social and economic changes and subsequently enables the strengthening of a competitive position. This is achieved through various cross-border partnerships within the educational- and labor market, based on a market-oriented approach that focuses on connecting, stimulating and activating sectors, education, SMEs and other employers. Creating employment, retaining young talent whilst simultaneously attracting new talent and skilled workers in order to stimulate the economy with whom the economy is jointly stimulated.
