Dachprojekt Arbeitsmarkt - Koepelproject arbeidsmarkt

Dachprojekt Arbeitsmarkt

The project conduces to the development of a cross-border market for employments and apprenticeships within the cooperation INTERREG V A Deutschland-Nederland, to fight the upcoming lack of skilled employees and to encourage the economy’s competitiveness in the border area. Existing initiatives of different local and regional actors are meant to be integrated into this umbrella project, as well as matched and connected witch each other.
Therefore it is necessary to provide transparency in the whole region of the Northern Netherlands and Weser-Ems.
This is how the co-operation is meant to be extended and parallel working resulting from existing initiative’s lack of knowledge is to be avoided. The focus clearly is on the needs of the local economy.
The project’s basis is a strategical and sustainable connection of all employment and apprenticeship partners on the market of the whole region.
