Interreg VI news
The small projects involve the implementation of smaller cross-border ‘people-to-people’ activities in the area of the euregio rhein-maas-nord. On the one hand, they aim to contribute to cross-border networking and thus to strengthening the socio-cultural and territorial cohesion of the border area. On the other hand, you can encourage companies to carry out cross-border innovative initiatives and support them in their implementation. The activities are subsidised with a maximum of 50% of the eligible costs, up to a maximum of 25,000 euros in EU funds. Dutch and German partners must cooperate in all activities.
The focus of the smaller cross-border cooperation activities in the socio-cultural field is particularly on network building and consolidation, exchange, meeting, learning from each other and the joint organisation of activities. The activities in the field of innovation can also be seen as a springboard to explore the possibilities of cross-border cooperation and to continue it in a larger project in Priority 1 of the INTERREG VA Programme.
More information on how to apply for activities up to a maximum of € 25,000 funding can be found here.
More information on how to apply for so-called mini-projects (up to a maximum of € 1,000 funding) can be found here.
Information on small cross-border activities in the entire INTERREG Germany-Nederland programme area can also be found here.
