Interreg VI news
The expansion of renewable energies is a pillar of the energy transition. The contribution of renewable energies to the global energy supply is growing. In addition to political, legal and economic factors, the acceptance by the population in particular is influencing the sustainability efforts. These are directly dependent on the support and commitment of the of the population. So far, there has been a certain lack of interest or ignorance with regard to the energy transition. This is where the SAVE project comes in. The main goal of the SAVE project is to increase support for and participation of citizens and companies in the energy transition. Save takes up the “(inter)human” challenges and contributes and to ensure that the energy transition as a system between the population, the economy and local authorities / politics works (better). The focus of the project is on the expansion of renewable energies and hydrogen applications.
