The Managing authority is accountible to the EU-Commission and ensures, that the cooperation Programme is carried out and managed in accordance with the principles of sound financial management and the relevant laws and regulations (e.g. from the EU and national provisions). The tasks of the managing authority are laid down in article 125 of Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013. The managing authority supervises the correct implementation of the delegated tasks.
